The dragons bright yellow eyes went to the small dragoness and he watched her use her motory sences to learn what was around her. It entertained him, having raised none of his own children he fathered he found her actions foreign. "Yes, taught me something though, you can only depend on yourself... two dragons tried to take me in and ended up leaving eachother and me." The freedom seeker hissed slightly with a flick of his tail.
Jet's eyes turned back to Crepuscule at his question. "No, dragons to not often prey upon themselves unless they are mad with hunger or unusually cruel..." He explained, "Neither is a real concern there is pleanty of normal prey around and the cruel dragons prefer wolves and other creatures to torture..." He explained looking up at the old tower. "It is safe here for her, if any trouble comes I will help here as long as she is here..." He said turning his eyes to the little lizard headed dragon, "I will not raise her though, she will have to grow and learn on her own will and yours."
